Hanno

　　The course goes harder and harder. Both Hanno and us are tired out when the day ends. It is very tough for a whole day concentration, thinking hard, getting all those information, questions and answers. It is very necessary to question Hanno. He knows everything. What we need to do is, reminder him with questions so that he can comes to some missing topic.
　　It is very nice.
　　The best training till now.
　　Quite often, Hanno said, 'This is very nice. I can show it. Let me show you the nice part.' Then he goes to the system, setup the situation and show us the details. Yes, it is very nice. Neat, well-designed and so-called, beautiful.

　　Most of time Hanno is quite serious about the precise mechanism and speaks fast to pour us all the related info. However, some murmur is very funny.
　　Explain the very detail internal process steps, Hanno said,'The life inside of Oracle is very complicated.'
　　Once for a 70 tables join, system runs a really long time to get the execute path. 'Good enough, system still get the explain plan. Yes, in the end Oracle calculated out the plan, before the end of universe.'
　　So, we 'hahahha...'
　　
　　And my conclusion is, the life to work for BW problems is really miserable. Too many large volumn and complicated querys happen in BW and need special treatment. Lucky enough, it is not my life yet.

Why should u have the Oracle training?
　　
　　Yes the rain is wonderful. Last 2 nights, I woke up abruptly in the midnight and listened to the soft sound pattering on the roofs.

　　That is a must. There is always system crash, on different kind of database, Oracle, sqlserver, db2, informix... Database is always a major component of the system. Oracle is a very popular one. We have the responsibility to help the system up and eliminate possible problems. Everyone should have the ability to handle emergent Oracle case. Of course, pure Oracle bug should be handled by Oracle. But things are quite often mixed up. Let's say, the bussiness world is relied on each other while compitition. We are all supposed to be expert in Oracle. And the group is divided into parts to take other kind of DBs. All parts should have some expert there, facing possible problems.
　　I like training life. What can be better than sitting there, listening, relaxed in mind and not working? My colleagues are busy to death while we are away in training room. Haha, very tough days, if all serious cases rushing to you and no other hands arround. We work as a team. No one can survive alone. That's also the part I like. Very nice people.
