清洁工在罢工！

　　楼里的阿姨都跑到一楼静坐了，大家举着牌子：我们要工资！我们要吃饭！
　　所有洗手间的卷筒纸都收干净了。:-D
　　
　　呼啦啦，我们都把自己在MSN上的名字改成了‘支持XX楼清洁工罢工’
　　大家都很高兴。
　　都是劳动人民嘛。资方太坏了，居然拖欠清洁工三个月工资。
　　
　　话说我们和打扫卫生的阿姨们还是很有感情的
　　当我们早班时间因冬令时挪后以后，终于碰到了清早在打扫洗手间的阿姨。
　　阿姨很同情地看着我们：挺可怜的，这么早来上班，和我们一样。
　　另一个阿姨不屑，说：他们还算好呢，楼下，早上三点多就来了。
　　
　　那个倒霉的楼下的阶级兄弟是汇丰数据中心，可怜劲儿啊～，我们无比唏嘘。

　　阿姨笑嘻嘻，说还在罢呢，就来加些纸，不然没得用了
　　很好玩，大家都很高兴
　　
　　有个同事前一阵帮妹妹写法律专业的毕业论文，说82年修宪，取消了公民的罢工自由。
　　这是什么破法？

　　maybe escalating might help? do the companies in the building complain at the building maintenance company? (ok, you need the situation better to know whether this helps or even makes the situation worse)

　　The strike finished today. I suppose they get what they should have.
　　All people feels angry. Companies in the building pay a lot. How can they don't have money pay the cleaners?
　　Actually they just berley the cleaners.For cleaners are relatively weak, they are mid-aged aunties that lose other jobs or country-side girls. It's good that they strike and speak out themselves.
　　 Actually cleaners still come to replace paper and so on yesterday. Everyone was excited, smiling. We all asked, 'ah? not on strike now?' 'No, still on strike. We just come to help you refill the paper.'All are smiling. And when we asked why strike, they tell us the payment things, thus we all understand what happened. The strike is in this way: they all hold slogan on first floor and refuse to work without pay.
　　Anyway, we are somehow happy about strik. It's really an event. :))

　　i hope they now got their salary.
　　i think this strike was really necessary. especially those employees in a weak situation need to show that they still have power. i suppose here in germany the unions are very wealthy so employers do not dare not to pay the salary without going bankrupt...
　　if this happens, it is the company's task to ask the building maintenance company exactly the question you pointed out: how come we pay such high rates and the workers are not paid?
　　maybe even go to newspapers ...
　　 and you can well support the striking workers: bring them freshly made tea, or food - even a little piece of chocolate will show your solidarity.
